Kayla Everett

Kayla Everett is a skilled communications professional with extensive experience in public affairs and media relations. Currently serving as both Account Manager and Copywriting and Editing Manager at KAOH Media since August 2020, Kayla previously enhanced public engagement as a Public Affairs & Engagement Intern at FleishmanHillard. Internships with the U.S. House of Representatives and the Missouri Coalition for the Environment provided hands-on experience in legislative support and environmental research. A background in legislative processes was further developed during a tenure as a Legislative Intern for the Missouri House of Representatives. Kayla holds degrees in Political Science and Journalism with a focus on Strategic Communication and Public Relations from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
