Sarah Wolfgang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee experience, engagement, and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Director of Global Employee Experience at KAR Global since October 2016, Sarah focuses on enhancing the employee journey through talent strategy, training, and data analytics, championing employee satisfaction. Prior to this, Sarah held various roles at ESI Service Corporation from August 2001 to October 2016, including Director of Internal Communications and Corporate Events, where responsibilities included developing engagement strategies and managing corporate communication initiatives.
