James Fei-Baffoe

James Fei-Baffoe is currently a Community Advisor at Colby College, contributing to a positive living environment in the Johnson building. As a Recreation Center Assistant, James promoted an active lifestyle and delivered exceptional customer service. Experience as a Colby IT Support Center Student Technician involved configuring computer systems and addressing user issues, while teaching support in CS courses led to improved student outcomes. James is also an intern as a Machine Learning Engineer at SureStart, enhancing predictive model accuracy and customer service efficiency through innovative NLP systems. Participation in Iteris, Inc. as a Data Analyst includes applying data analysis techniques to improve safety and driver behavior understanding. James is an active member of ColorStack and Karat, honing technical skills and interview readiness, while also being part of the AI Accelerator Institute to promote AI innovation. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science at Colby College, James continues to build a strong foundation in technical and analytical skills.
