Tony Ruddick is a seasoned professional in asset management and building surveying with over 20 years of experience in the housing sector. Currently serving as the Head of Asset Management at Karbon Homes since January 2015, Tony is responsible for maximizing both financial and social value of housing assets and develops planned investment financial plans. Previously, Tony held various roles at Karbon Homes, including Asset Data & Compliance Manager, Compliance Specialist, and Repairs Team Lead, focusing on legislative compliance, risk assessments, and enhancing customer experience. Prior experience includes a Building Surveyor position at Isos Housing Group, where Tony managed a team of surveyors overseeing over 12,500 properties, ensuring compliance with various legislative contracts. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying from Northumbria University and a Higher National Certificate in Building Studies from Newcastle College.
