Andrea Shalinsky is an experienced instructional designer and consultant with a focus on developing innovative training solutions across various sectors. Currently serving as a Contract Instructional Designer at the Provincial Health Services Authority, Andrea is tasked with creating an implementation toolkit for perinatal substance use care. With a background that includes roles at Peak Performance and Learning Solutions, WorkSafeBC, and others, Andrea has expertise in designing training programs that align with organizational needs, conducting thorough analyses, and enhancing learning experiences for diverse audiences. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Science and Human Performance Technology from Boise State University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Concordia University.
