Nance Laila

Nance Laila possesses extensive experience in both caregiving and education. Currently serving as a Carer at Kare Plus since December 2022, Nance Laila has also been a Faculty member at MASCO School since June 2018. Previously, a Senior Assistant Coordinator at Eminence Associates for Social Development, Nance Laila conducted research, developed communication materials, and organized seminars while engaging with national and international stakeholders. Nance Laila’s early teaching roles include Faculty positions at Abdul Kadir Molla International School, Aga Khan School in Dhaka, and UCEP Bangladesh, focusing on curriculum development, student counseling, and class instruction. Nance Laila's academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of the West of Scotland and various degrees in linguistics and management from institutions such as North South University and BPP.
