Krystal Vu-Mai

Krystal Vu-Mai, CPSP, has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as Total Rewards Manager at Karma Automotive since January 2016. Previous roles include Compensation and Benefits Manager and Benefits Manager at the same company. Krystal's background includes a brief position as a Benefits Analyst at Palace Entertainment, focusing on auditing multi-state benefits enrollment for nearly 10,000 employees. Prior experience encompasses over a decade at Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties as Human Resources Manager, overseeing health and wellness programs and 401(k) plan administration, along with roles at Precision Direct Inc. and Nelco Products, Inc. as Human Resources Manager and Representative, respectively. Krystal began a career in HR as an assistant at Wyle Electronics and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Fullerton, and additional training from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
