Guido Baselli

Guido Baselli is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Karolinska Institutet since January 2021, focusing on tumor heterogeneity as part of a project funded by the Associazione Italiana per la Ricerca sul Cancro (AIRC). With a previous Postdoctoral Fellowship linked to the Microbiology, Tumor and Cell Biology department at the same institution, Guido Baselli has concentrated on cancer cell plasticity and tumor heterogeneity. Additionally, Guido Baselli holds a "Postdoctoral Fellowship for Abroad" from AIRC, supporting research activities at Karolinska Institutet. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Bioinformatician at I.R.C.C.S. Ospedale Maggiore di Milano - Policlinico, where research focused on metabolic liver diseases and contributing to COVID-19-related studies. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Clinical and Experimental Medicine from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Master's degree in Medical Biotechnology and Molecular Medicine from the same institution.
