Aravindan Thillai is an experienced professional in digital banking and business process reengineering with a comprehensive background in various leadership roles. As the Chief Digital Officer at Karur Vysya Bank and previously as Head of SME Digital Platforms at IndusInd Bank, Aravindan has demonstrated expertise in advancing digital initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Consultant at TVS Credit Services Ltd. and holding multiple positions such as VP & Head and Unit Head of Business Process Reengineering at Bank Sohar. Earlier in the career, Aravindan worked as an ABEG Advisor at ABN AMRO.
