Alexei Garustovich

Alexei Garustovich is a highly experienced software engineer and team leader with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as Team Leader and Senior Software Engineer at Kaseya since February 2021, Alexei has analyzed and implemented system requirements while enhancing web applications and web services. Prior experience includes co-founding and leading software engineering efforts at Cortlex, where Alexei successfully implemented SCRUM methodologies and managed cross-functional teams. Additional roles include Lead Software Engineer at EPAM Systems, working with Thomson Reuters, and various engineering positions across multiple companies, with a focus on full-cycle development and data analysis. Alexei holds a Master's degree in Intelligent Information Technologies from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
