Nicole Chiriboga

Nicole Chiriboga is an experienced account manager currently at Kaseya since December 2024. Previously, Nicole held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at TrustCloud, where a focus on exceptional client satisfaction and retention led to strong growth and low churn rates. Nicole began developing skills in account management as a Junior Account Manager at Chrono24, managing a diverse portfolio and tailoring account strategies. Early career experiences include roles as a Customer Support Specialist and Sales Associate, as well as an internship at Forte Capital Group. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Suffolk University and a high school diploma from Saint John's School of Puerto Rico.
