Her portfolio includes leading the Human Capital Solutions business, and internally the Corporate HR and PMO functions. She is also responsible for strategically managing the alliance partnership with Mercer, a leading global HR consulting firm. She has over seventeen years of change management, organizational structuring and human capital development experience through strategic formulation and project management roles. An MBA from LUMS, she started her career with Coopers & Lybrand International and then PricewaterhouseCoopers.
