Dr. Khaled Fouad

Dr. Khaled Fouad is a distinguished medical professional with extensive experience in the field of cardiac surgery and perfusion. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Cardio Fix since March 2021, Dr. Fouad also holds the position of CEO and Consultant of ECMO, EVH, and Perfusion at EPH Co since January 2008. Additional roles include Consultant of EVH and Perfusion at Alsalam International Hospital since May 2015, and involvement in the cardiac surgery fellowship at Kasr AlAiny School of Medicine, Cairo University, since September 2017. Dr. Fouad previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Head of ECMO, Cardiac, and Intensive Care Units at AL Wadi Hospital until February 2021, and as Consultant of ECLS and EVH at Dar Al Fouad Hospital from June 2008 to September 2018. Early career experience includes a role as General Surgeon at Om Elmasryeen Hospital from September 2014 to September 2016. Dr. Fouad's educational background includes a fellowship in cardiac surgery from the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, and additional studies at Alexandria University between 2007 and 2009.
