Tejal Ranadive

Tejal Ranadive is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and monitoring & evaluation within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Katalyst India since January 2024, Tejal previously held multiple positions at eVidyaloka Trust from February 2017 to January 2024, including Senior Manager for Monitoring & Evaluation and various roles focused on platform operations and class delivery. Prior experience includes working at CRY as an Associate in Development Support and at the Indian Red Cross Society as a State Programme Coordinator. Tejal began a career at Deepak Foundation as a Documentation Executive. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Health Services from the Interdisciplinary School of Health Sciences at the University of Pune and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Sinhagad College of Sciences.
