Lance Carter

Lance Carter is an accomplished sports professional with extensive experience in athletic administration and coaching. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Athletics at Katy Independent School District since February 2007, Lance Carter has also held roles as Assistant Athletic Director and Head Football Coach during this tenure. Prior to this, Lance Carter was the Head Football Coach at Westside High School from February 2006 until February 2007.
