Martin Weiss

Martin Weiss is an experienced leader in material management and supply chain logistics, serving as the Director of Material Excellence Global at Kautex Textron since September 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing material management for 32 plants globally, talent development, strategic business planning, and continuous improvement in supply chain processes. Prior roles include Director and Head of Corporate Logistics at MAHLE, where Martin managed corporate logistics across North America, and logistics planning and packaging roles at Behr, including significant contributions to project launches and SAP implementations. Martin holds an MBA from the University of Applied Science Stuttgart and an Economist degree in Industrial Management from Berufsakademie Stuttgart.
