Alberto Tawil

Alberto Tawil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, artificial intelligence, and investment banking. Currently serving as Global VP Data/AI at Kavak.com since May 2022, Alberto previously founded and led OPI Analytics, a leading data science and machine learning firm in Latin America, until its acquisition by Kavak. Alberto's advisory roles include positions on the boards of Fairplay and Endeavor's Intelligence Unit. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in Investments at Temasek Holdings and as an analyst in investment banking and mergers & acquisitions at J.P. Morgan. Alberto holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, as well as completing programs at Stanford University, Columbia Business School, and Hong Kong Baptist University.
