Inès Gras

Inès Gras has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Job Planner at Aappui. The following year, they interned at MUTUELLES DE FRANCE RESEAU SANTE, where they were involved in ensuring compliance with labor laws regarding mandatory company postings. In 2018, Inès interned at Médecins Sans Frontières Suisse (MSF), where they assisted in various HR activities and processes. In 2019, as part of their MSc in International Human Resource Management, they worked as a Student HR Consultant at TEKYN, focusing on self-management practices. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Officer at Kayentis, starting in September 2020.

Inès Gras completed their education at three different institutions. Inès attended Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2019 to 2021 and obtained a Master of Science in International Human Resources Management in the digital age. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a major in Fashion and Design at the same institution. Inès began their education journey at Lycée du Grésivaudan 38 from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained their Baccalauréat in Economie et Social.

Additionally, Inès Gras has earned certifications in Serious Game Master from Grenoble Ecole de Management in October 2020 and in People Analytics from Wharton Online in February 2020.
