Japheth Achola

Japheth Achola is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group HR Director at KCB Bank Group since July 2019, Japheth has previously held significant roles including HR Director for Allianz Africa and Group HR Business Manager for Ecobank Transnational Inc. Earlier positions include Head of Employee Services at Safaricom and West and Central Africa HR Head at Citi Group. Japheth began the career at Citigroup South Africa as a Sub Sahara Africa HR Generalist.
