Joyce Mwashigadi is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources - Business Partnership at KCB Bank Group, Joyce previously held the position of Country Head of Human Resources at KCB Bank Tanzania Limited and served as the Learning and Development Manager for subsidiaries at KCB Bank Group. Earlier in the career, Joyce worked as a Learning and Development Advisor at Barclays Bank Kenya. Joyce holds a Master's degree in Executive MBA from the East & Southern African Management Institute and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management.
