Michal Stepniewski

Michal Stepniewski serves as the Vice President of the Management Board at Grupa KDPW since 2009 and holds membership on the Management Board. Previously, Michal held the position of Dean of the Board at the Circuit Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw from 2010 to 2013, and served as a Member of the Management Board at PKO TFI SA between 2006 and 2009. Earlier experience includes roles as Under-Secretary of State and Adviser to the Minister of Treasury from 2004 to 2006, as well as Counsel to the Chairman and Press Officer at the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission from 1997 to 2004. Michal's educational background includes a Master of Arts from the University of Warsaw, studies at the University of Cambridge, and further education at IESE Business School and the Circuit Chamber of Legal Counsel in Warsaw.
