Elias Vado

Elias Vado is a versatile professional currently serving as a Business Analyst Intern at Kearney since July 2022. As President and Founder of the Mechanical Engineering Student Association at Tecnológico de Monterrey CCM since September 2021, Elias has driven initiatives to strengthen student representation and professional opportunities. As a Co-Founder of CHALE MÉXICO, Elias focuses on promoting Mexican culture through a clothing brand, where responsibilities include market analysis, product development, and social media management. Prior roles include an internship at Stellantis, where Elias contributed to luxury vehicle design practices, and an internship at Puertas Automaticas Grossmann, focusing on technical performance analysis. Elias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in December 2022.
