Julia Trampel

Julia Trampel is a seasoned professional in human resources and consulting, currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director and Lead for Global Performance Management at Kearney since 2019. Trampel has extensive experience from previous roles at A.T. Kearney from 2008 to 2018 as a Manager, where responsibilities included delivering consulting projects targeting organizational development and performance management across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior consulting work at Kienbaum Management Consultants from 2006 to 2008 focused on re-organization and outsourcing strategies for various companies in Western Europe. Julia also contributed to academia as a Research Fellow at the Institute for Applied Sciences at WWU from 2003 to 2006, where efforts centered on industrial organization and offshoring partnerships. Trampel holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and completed postgraduate studies in Economics at Westfaelische Wilhelms University.
