Kelsey Hare

Kelsey Hare has extensive experience in management and strategic consulting, currently serving as a Manager at Kearney since 2025. Prior roles include Account Director and Senior Ag Industry Advisor at The Context Network from February 2015 to January 2025, where Kelsey focused on business management and strategy consulting services for the agriculture and biotechnology sectors. Kelsey also contributed as a Senior Advisor at &Marketing, helping small and medium-sized businesses modernize marketing strategies. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Competitive Intelligence at DuPont Pioneer, Manager of Market Intelligence at Principal Financial Group, and roles in advertising and account management early in the career. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising, Design and Production from Iowa State University.
