Manale El Kareh

Manale El Kareh is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in consulting and business development. As a Partner at Kearney and the Owner of Unsquared Consulting, Manale has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Associate at Booz & Company and Business Development and Strategy Advisor at Ubanquity Systems, Ltd. In addition, Manale held positions as Team Leader, Senior Consultant, and Project Manager at Murex. Academically, Manale obtained an MBA from INSEAD in 2011 and is currently pursuing a PhD in Political Science and Government at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, expected to be completed in 2026.
