Tracy Watkins

Tracy Watkins serves as Principal at Kearney & Company since August 2019, bringing extensive experience from a distinguished career in financial management within the United States Air Force (USAF). Previous roles include Deputy Director of Investment and Chief of Financial Analysis, where responsibilities encompassed serving as principal financial advisor, managing a command’s budget, and executing $20 billion in annual programs. Additional positions held within the Air Force and Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) include Military Assistant to the DFAS Director, Director of DEAMS Integration, and various leadership roles in financial management. Tracy Watkins holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting from Arizona State University.
