Jurgen Steeman

Jurgen Steeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational development. As Managing Director at KeenCorp and CCCM since January 2023, Jurgen leads initiatives to enhance employee engagement through innovative measurement techniques. Jurgen co-founded KeenCorp in September 2011, championing the belief that organizations can thrive by understanding their workforce better. Additionally, Jurgen founded CCCM bv in 2001, focusing on change management relating to culture, attitude, and behavior. Jurgen has also served as a board member at Stichting DVC, Managing Partner at Business Resilient Solutions, and held significant roles at Bouwen in de Beurs and Rijksgebouwendienst. Jurgen's educational background includes a Post Doc in Change Management from Universiteit van Groningen and an engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
