Michael Fitch is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in telecommunications and spectrum management. Currently serving at Keller and Heckman LLP since January 2015, Michael has previously worked as a consultant specializing in wireless, infrastructure, technology, and business from 2013 to 2014. As President and CEO of PCIA - The Wireless Infrastructure Association from 2005 to 2012, Michael led initiatives in the wireless sector. Earlier roles included Vice President of Spectrum Management at Hughes and Boeing from 1996 to 2005, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State at the U.S. Department of State from 1990 to 1996, and various positions at the Federal Communications Commission from 1970 to 1990, culminating as Bureau Chief and Senior Legal and International Advisor to the Chairman. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
