Jon Murray

Jon Murray is a Financial Analyst at KEMBA Financial Credit Union since January 2023, where responsibilities include financial forecasting and monitoring, as well as leading the budgeting process for charge-offs and contributing to non-interest income and expenses for a multibillion-dollar institution. Prior to this role, Jon served as a Business Operations Manager at UPS from February 2021 to February 2023, supervising a team of 15 associates, developing operational plans, identifying trends, and implementing business improvement strategies, which led to the team being recognized as the best performing operation globally in July 2022. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University, earned in 2022, and graduated with honors from William Mason High School in 2017.
