JJ Chen has over two decades of experience in packaging development and innovation across multiple prestigious companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Package & Tech Innovation at Kendo Brands, Inc. since March 2019, JJ Chen previously held the position of Executive Director of Package Development at Laura Mercier Cosmetics, where responsibilities included leading a global packaging team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality packaging solutions. Prior roles at Avon Products, Inc. included Global Package Innovation and Global Category Manager - Color, focusing on groundbreaking packaging designs and consumer insights. JJ Chen's career began at Unilever HPC-Caldin Klein Division as a Package Engineer. A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, JJ Chen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Packaging Science.
