Peter Hoefnagels

Peter Hoefnagels is an experienced lawyer currently practicing at Kennedy Van der Laan since March 2022. Previously, Peter held positions at HVG Law LLP from June 2018 to March 2022 and as Legal Counsel at La Gro Geelkerken Advocaten from September 2017 to March 2018. Early career experience includes legal internships at NautaDutilh in financial law and M&A, Rabobank Utrecht within wholesale and secondary markets, and service as a Private First Class in the Dutch Army National Reserve, with the Ministry of Defence. Peter holds multiple law degrees, including a Master of Laws from Radboud University and a Bachelor of Laws from Nottingham Trent University, alongside extensive academic training in European law and economic sciences.
