Rosalinde Montulet

Rosalinde Montulet is currently engaged as a Wetenschappelijk docent and researcher at Erasmus School of Law, focusing on the Master Aansprakelijkheid & Verzekering since June 2023. In parallel, Rosalinde works as an Advocaat at Kennedy Van der Laan, specializing in liability, insurance, and transport law. Previous experience includes roles as an Advocaat and Juridisch medewerker at Nysingh advocaten-notarissen, where responsibilities covered similar areas of law, as well as a position as a Juridisch (student)secretaresse at De Haan Bommer Advocaten. Rosalinde also gained valuable experience through internships at various law firms and organizations, and co-founded the student association DIQIT. Academically, Rosalinde holds a Master’s degree in Aansprakelijkheid en Verzekering from Erasmus School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Leiden University, complemented by a solid educational foundation from Stedelijk Gymnasium Schiedam.
