Ally Hermes

Ally Hermes serves as the Housing & Employment Coordinator at Kentucky Refugee Ministries since April 2022, focusing on affordable housing and economic opportunities for Refugees and Asylum seekers, while providing cultural orientation to aid clients in their acculturation. Prior experience includes roles as a Community Organizer for CODEPINK: Women for Peace, where Ally assisted with action planning and maintained an organizational partners database. Additionally, past positions involved coordinating records for KiMark Real Estate, interning in the legal department at Centro Romero, and supporting sales operations at Cost Plus World Market. Ally's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from DePaul University and an Honors Diploma from Indian Hill High School.
