Lisa Conley

Lisa Conley is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in directing and managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Kentucky Trailer since December 2015, Lisa provides strategic leadership and development in areas such as performance management, organizational structure, and employee engagement. Previous roles include HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Generalist at Kentucky Trailer, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams, overseeing comprehensive HR operations, and facilitating employee relations. Prior to this, Lisa held the position of Human Resources Administrator at FamilyCare Healthcenters and worked as HR/Assistant to the Executive Director at Huddleston Bolen LLP, showcasing a strong background in payroll administration and multi-location HR management. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree from Marshall University.
