Joey Ly

Joey Ly serves as the Global Senior Director of Procurement for NPD SRM & R&D at Kenvue since May 2023, previously holding the title of Global Director of R&D Procurement, Chemicals Innovation, Sustainability, and Resiliency. Before joining Kenvue, Joey was the Global Director of Procurement for Innovation, Sustainability, and Resiliency at Johnson & Johnson and held similar roles at Coty, where responsibilities included leading strategies for skincare and category sourcing. Additional experience includes senior management positions at L'Oréal and Mars, with a strong foundation in raw materials procurement and strategic sourcing. Joey holds an MBA from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University.
