Lulua Khambaty, MCR.w, LEED AP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Global Workplace Strategy at Kenvue since May 2023. Previously, Lulua held the position of Director for Workplace Strategy and Human Experience at Newmark from February 2021 to July 2023. Lulua has extensive experience in workplace strategy, having worked as Head of Workplace Strategy and Assistant Manager for Real Estate & Facilities at Genpact for Bridgewater Associates and as Senior Manager of Workplace Strategy at Audible, Inc. Additional roles include New York Lead Workplace Strategist at NBBJ Design and Owner of IE CUBE LLC. Lulua started the professional journey as an Associate and Sustainable Design Initiative Leader at Perkins+Will and as a Workplace Planner and Designer at TPG Architecture. Lulua holds a Master of Arts in Design & Environmental Analysis from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree from S.N.D.T University, Mumbai, India.
