Brittany Wexler is an experienced professional in forensic anthropology and research, currently serving as an Anthropology Research Technician 3 at the Office of the Medical Investigator since July 2024. Wexler has a strong background in conducting complex research assignments and advanced laboratory operations. Brittany has also served as a Responder for Kenyon International Emergency Services, specializing in forensic anthropology and archaeology in disaster scenarios. Previous experience includes processing over 600 forensic autopsy cases as a Forensic Autopsy Technician at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where key responsibilities included evidence collection and maintaining chain of custody. Wexler's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Forensic Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Dundee and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with minors in Chemistry and Forensic Science from The Ohio State University.
