Christian Belady

Christian Belady currently holds multiple advisory and board member roles at various companies, including Keppel Ltd., Iceotope, XYZ Reality, Vantage Datacenters, Scala Data Centers, and DigitalBridge, all started in 2024. Prior to this, Christian served as Vice President & Distinguished Engineer in Datacenter Advanced Development at Microsoft from January 2011 to October 2023, leading teams focused on disruptive technology for infrastructure and managing global teams across multiple facets of datacenter operations and strategy. Christian has also held several general manager positions at Microsoft, overseeing areas such as cloud infrastructure strategy, datacenter services, and advanced development. Christian's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Bachelor of Engineering from Cornell University, and additional master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and International Business from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and The University of Texas at Dallas, respectively.
