Shiny George

Shiny George is the current Director at Kerala Gramin Bank. Prior to this, they were the Executive Assistant to Executive Director & CEO at Rajagiri Hospital from July 2014 to March 2018. Shiny was responsible for all Management Communication and Planning and Co-Ordination of all activities coordinated by ED’s office, such as the Blessing Ceremony of Rajagiri Hospital, Public Gatherings of the Hospital, and Doctor's get together. Shiny was also involved in the Hospital Website Development & Intranet, Custodian of Hospital Legal Documents.

From May 2012 to October 2013, they were the Executive - Corporate Communication at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India. Shiny was responsible for employer branding through internal communication and support in all activities coordinated by MD’s office, such as Annual day celebrations, Rewards and Recognition events, High profile visit organization, etc. Additionally, they were in charge of Design and Maintenance of the content in Intranet, Content management in company Website, Design and Content management of all internal publications including Employee Newsletter, Content management in the Office Interiors, and Ensuring corporate design guidelines in all marketing materials such as Onscreen and print.
