Bill Zhao

Bill Zhao is an experienced Water Resources Engineer currently employed at Kerr Wood Leidal Associates Ltd. since March 2023. Previously, Bill held the position of Hydrologic Engineer at Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation from December 2014 to March 2023. Prior to that, Bill worked as a Junior Water Resources Engineer at KGS Group from September 2013 to December 2014. Bill's academic background includes a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering obtained from the University of Manitoba between 2011 and 2013, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2011. Early professional experience includes roles as a Water Resource Engineering Aid-Coop at Manitoba Hydro and a Water Resource Engineering Research Assistant-Coop at the University of Manitoba.
