Ioana Radu

Ioana Radu, CPHR, currently serves as a Senior People & Culture Advisor at Kerr Wood Leidal Associates Ltd. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ioana held various positions at BCIT Student Association from August 2017 to September 2022, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator. Ioana's experience in human resources also includes a tenure at Sears Canada from August 2008 to August 2017, where positions ranged from Human Resources Team Lead to Customer Service Representative. Additionally, Ioana worked as a Student Consultant at Sleep Country Canada in 2014 and as a Poll Clerk for the BC Provincial Government from May 2011 to May 2013. Ioana's educational background includes a Human Resources Management Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of British Columbia.
