Shruti Goenka

Elected to Kerry’s Board of Directors in 2022, Shruti is the Director of Finance at the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation & Work (CCRW). Previously she worked at Globalfaces Direct, an organization focused on fundraising for charities across North America. Shruti also held a wide variety of roles primarily in the financial services sector at Bank of New York Mellon and Metro Bank. She founded and successfully manages a fine jewellery business with a global clientele. During the course of her career, Shruti has lived and worked in various parts of the world including India, Indonesia, UK, US and now calls Canada home. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Texas, USA, a Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) from IIA – USA, and also has a Masters degree in Management from the University of Mumbai, India.

Shruti is passionate about making a difference through job creation and enhancing employment opportunities for neurodivergent people. This has been the driving force for her to transition into the not-for-profit world.
