Elodie VILLARD has extensive experience in food safety and laboratory technology, currently serving as Responsable de Marché Performance Expertise IAA and Chargé de mission Expertise & Audits at Kersia since August 2018. Prior to this role, Elodie worked at LCB food safety from October 2013, focusing on technical consulting, interventions related to microbiological contamination, air quality management, and cleaning protocols, alongside research and development activities. Elodie has a background in laboratory testing, having held positions at Laboratoire de l'Arlois, Laboratoire J.P Varlot, and Laboratoire Départemental de l'Ain, engaging in various fields including bacteriology and immunology. Educational qualifications include a BTS in Attaché Commercial and a BTSA in Agricultural Biological and Biotechnological Analyses.
