Shayna McConville

Shayna McConville currently serves as the Division Manager of Cultural Arts for the City of Kettering, overseeing key initiatives such as the Rosewood Arts Center and the Percent for Art program. With experience in strategic planning, project budgeting, and marketing, Shayna has held various roles, including Interim Communications/Marketing Supervisor at the Dayton City Paper and Writer, contributing columns on contemporary art. Previous positions include Assistant Director at Tyler School of Art, where Shayna curated exhibitions, and Founder and Director of the North Philadelphia Arts and Culture Alliance, promoting community engagement. An alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania with an MFA in Fine and Studio Arts, Shayna also holds a BFA from Parsons School of Design.
