David Palmer

David Palmer currently serves as the VP and CFO of Cummins-Wagner since October 2014 while also holding positions on the Board of Directors for Insource Software Solutions and Key Tech Inc. since 2018 and 2020, respectively. Previously, David worked at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. as VP of Finance and Corporate Controller, and as a Financial Consultant at The Highland Group, managing financial consulting processes. Other notable roles include Principal at SC&H Group, VP of Risk Management at Cephalon, and VP of Finance at Belk, Inc., where oversight encompassed financial reporting and compliance. David's career began at Deloitte, where David was a Sr. Manager focusing on audits and internal controls. David holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
