Alton Tinker

Alton Tinker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the financial sector and community service. As Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at the Greater Cleveland Urban Film Foundation since April 2012, Alton Tinker has been instrumental in organizing the Annual Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival and the GCUFFLink Youth Educational Film Program. In addition, Alton Tinker has served as Councilman at Large for the City of Bedford Heights since January 2004, contributing to policy decisions that positively impact the community. Alton Tinker has also held the position of Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Key Bank since February 1998, specializing in loan underwriting and community development lending. Prior experience includes a tenure at Bank One as a Relationship Manager in Business Banking and an Associate Relationship Manager in Middle Market. Alton Tinker holds an MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University.
