Kristan Prill

Kristan Prill, Esq., CRCM, is an accomplished compliance executive with extensive experience in consumer lending, deposits, and digital banking, currently serving at KeyBank since July 2012. Kristan has held various leadership roles, including Compliance Executive for Laurel Road and SVP, Director of Compliance for the National Digital Bank, overseeing strategic marketing and complaints programs. Prior to KeyBank, Kristan practiced law at Manley Deas Kochalski, LLC, where expertise encompassed real estate litigation and consumer protection laws. Kristan's educational background includes ongoing studies at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and Wharton Executive Education, alongside a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Ohio Northern University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Ohio Valley University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
