Marsha Berlinski

Marsha Berlinski, CMB, serves as the Senior Vice President of Retail Lending at KeyPoint Credit Union, a position held since April 2016, where responsibilities include leading the lending team, driving portfolio loan growth, and ensuring exceptional member experiences and operational efficiency. Previously, Marsha held various influential roles in the mortgage and lending sector, including Vice President of Real Estate Lending at KeyPoint Credit Union, Senior Manager at Golden 1 Credit Union, and Vice President of Operations at both Vitek Mortgage Group and Western Bancorp. Marsha's extensive career in mortgage banking began at Reunion Mortgage, Inc., where Marsha grew the company from start-up to a national entity, followed by key positions at First Union Mortgage, Provident Funding, CivicBank of Commerce, Key Corp Mortgage, and North County Bank. Marsha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Phoenix.
