Biplab Thakur

Biplab Thakur, PMP, has extensive experience in technical and project management, currently serving in Global Technical Management for Networking L2-L3 Product at Keysight Technologies since January 2016, while also managing software development engineering for global customer cases at Ixia. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Project, Delivery, and Organization Wide Competency Management at Robert Bosch, where Biplab focused on product and delivery management, as well as competency development. Biplab has also held positions such as Sr Technical Manager at Robert Bosch Engineering, where responsibilities included car multimedia navigation product development, and Senior Scientific Officer at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, overseeing the design and development of mission-critical systems for India's nuclear facilities. Biplab's educational background includes a B.Tech in Instrumentation and Electronics from Jadavpur University, an M.Tech in Computer Science from the University of Calcutta, and a graduation in Nuclear Science and Technology from Homi Bhabha National Institute.
