Andrea Harvey

Andrea Harvey, MS, PCC, MP-ELI, is the Founder and Principal Leadership Advisor of Andrea Harvey Associates, LLC, a business leadership advising and executive coaching firm established in July 2008. With over 35 years of experience, Andrea specializes in enhancing the capabilities of leaders and leadership teams to engage, influence, and inspire organizations. In addition to founding their firm, Andrea serves as a Leader Coach and Senior Consultant at Right Management and as a Senior Executive Consultant at The Ayers Group. Previous roles include Cross Cultural Associate at GROVEWELL LLC and Executive Coach at The Wharton School, where coaching is provided to 1st year MBA students. Andrea's career also includes a decade as Global Director of Talent Development & Mobility at Johnson & Johnson, where strategic development programs were designed for high potential leaders. Andrea holds a Master's in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Ithaca College, along with professional certifications in coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
